Avant Gout - French Moroccan Restaurant Description: Avant Goût Restaurant is a stylish French Moroccan supper club which is the latest—and chicest—addition to Yonge and Roxborough. Exposed brick, high-backed leather chairs and elegant white table linens are accompanied by soft lighting and softer music creates the upscale backdrop to the French–North African menu. Mains marry Moroccan spices and tajine dishes with such French staples as rich meats, buttery beans and pommes frites. Specialties on the menu include pistachio-crusted tilapia and duck breast with pomegranate glaze.
