You will be surrounded by artisanal hand-made luxuries transported back from the winding alleys of the Moroccan Medinas. The smell of rose water will fill the air and the mystical sights and sounds will take you away to a place of sheer delight. Come and be our guests. Mediterranean salads, built for sharing.

Egyptian Tabouleh
A Middle Eastern classic. Finely chopped parsley,
couscous, tomato, onion, lemon juice & olive oil.

Greek Salad
Rustic chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and
bell peppers. Topped with Greek feta, kalamata olives &
tossed in extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic
vinegar & oregano.

Sicilian Caponata
Chopped fried eggplant & celery seasoned with sweetened
vinegar & capers. Tossed in a sour yet sweet tomato & olive sauce.

Tunisian Bean Salad
A perfect combination of chick peas, fava & black beans. Mixed with
bell peppers & onions in a basil pesto dressing.

Grill Sampler Tagine

Moroccan Grill
One harissa beef & pineapple kebob, one kefta kebob & a
roast chicken supreme smothered in honey-butter onions
with stewed with Moroccan olives. Served over a bed of
couscous & tagine sauce with “Casablanca” vegetables.

in a mild yellow curry sauce & wrapped in buttery

& marinated Greek feta.

Apricot Lamb
Slow braised lamb with dried apricots, Moroccan spices,
cilantro and pistachios and traditional “Casablanca”
vegetables served over fluffy couscous in a light preserved
butter & lamb broth.
