Fire & Ice Stir Grill Description

Canada's Stir-Fry Restaurant.Choose between creating your own Stir-Fry, or you can order a la carte. If you want to create your own Stir-Fry (most people do) you choose either a combination, platter or single protein selection. Your server will give you a ticket and you proceed to grab a plate and fill it with all your favourite ingredients. Our Volcano host will assist you in selecting a sauce for your protein, as you continue along to get bread, condiments, and make your own salad. Sit down and enjoy your salad and when your Stir-Fry is cooked,we will bring it to you with your choice of rice.

I work very close to Fire and Ice and I must admit that I have been to other stir fry restaurants but this one is amazing. The menu if wonderful and the food is stir fried to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant.
