- The menu will be extended to include some more regional Italian dishes using as always the best quality ingredients that we hope you will enjoy. A new feature we are pleased to offer is the opening of our martini lounge which will offer wireless internet access, oyster and seafood bar, offering a number of red and white wines by the glass, some imported and micro brewery draft beer, and of course a selection of martini’s. Our new dining room will also include a private room which can hold up to 60 people. Our kitchen will really have a chance to shine in our new location because of the space, Chef Michel will be bringing on a number of apprentices and together will be preparing everything on the premises, such as artisan breads, an assortment of fresh pasta’s, Gourmet Stone Oven Pizzas, all desserts and ice creams.
